    Construction Solutions was founded on the basic principle that it only takes a few good men to successfully resolve even
    the most complex issues Members of our select group of consultants typically have 20 or more years of experience in the
    construction industry and offer unique perspectives based on a combination of their consulting skills, technical expertise
    and "mud-on-the-boots" practical experience.
 

Mr. Khalil Tayab Hasan, a Civil Engineering graduate from Texas Tech University,USA, is the founding member of Construction Solutions (cspk.org) and has more than 28 years experience in the civil construction industry. Mr. Hasan has expertise in Contracts' Enforcement, construction claims management and administration (especially Extension of Time and related cost claims), dispute resolution, cost estimating, contract management and administration, and project/construction management including scheduling. Such expertise was developed while employed on domestic and international assignments (Germany, China, USA, Italy, Syria, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Pakistan, Sudan, Panama, Afghanistan, South Africa etc.) with major contracting and consulting firms in addition to several years working as a free-lance consultant (Ed.Zublin AG., Lahmeyer International, Impregilo, Lagan, Salini, Dar Al-Handasah, Sino-Hydro, Descon and Nespak etc.).

Mr. Hasan has been involved in all types of construction projects including: Buildings, Hydropower projects, Dams, Thermal Power Plants, Airports, Hotels, Roads, Highways and Tunnels. Projects have ranged in capital value up to $5 billion. Mr. Hasan offers unique perspectives based on a combination of his contracting and consulting skills, technical expertise and "mud-on-the-boots" practical experience.

Mr. Hasan has successfully delivered lectures in seminars and conferences organized by FIDIC, Society of Construction Law and Dubai Municipality etc. The topics have been project management, construction claims, extension of time claims etc.
